Fun-X-tional Fitness has been changing lives all over Centurion since we were established. We believe that fitness is not a hobby, but a way of life. We founded our gym to be the second home for all of our members. Whether you exercise everyday or you’ve never

In 2020 we unfortunately had to close down the gym in Ecopark due to the national lockdowns, but managed to move Fun-X-tional Fitness in with Warrior Sports in Hennopspark. FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASSES
Find Your Core
Wake up early and join us for this class, our unique fusion of fitness and fun that’ll have your heart pumping in no time.
Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.
In the classes we do strength training using bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells. We do exercises like squats, deadlifts, swings, power cleans, front squats and overhead squats, to name a few. We then mix it in with some cardio training on the air runners, air bikes, ski ergs and rowers to give you a fun, full body high intensity workout that works your whole
body every session.
Great for getting fit, getting leaner and stronger.

FLEX (CROSSFIT) CLASS
Surpass Your Goals
This class is sure to become your next obsession. It’s based around the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. By combining fun and enjoyment with physical activity, we’re here to prove that we can maximize your potential with emotional and physiological fitness.
Our Flex classes are based on CrossFit which is a form of high intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. There is a standard "workout of the day" (WOD) that all members complete on the same day.
The CrossFit classes have a bit more range in exercises performed than the general functional fitness class, like muscle ups, hand stand pushups and higher level barbell work.
But it is a fun, hard workout if you enjoy a bit more of a challenge.

8 WEEK TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE
Time to Shred
Join us for this class and train your way to a healthy body and mind.
With the full 8 week challenge package, we do a full consultation, functional movement screening and body assessment with you. You also get the Inbody scale check-ups every 2 weeks along the way and accountability tracking every week to make sure you are making progress. Plus you get a unlimited training package so you can attend any of our available classes for the duration of the 8 weeks. We have Functional fitness, CrossFit as well as various boxing, Kickboxing or Muaythai classes you can attend. You need to attend at least 3 sessions per week, but you can chose whichever classes you want to attend.
