Use one of our trainers as a personal coach as you begin a journey to get faster, stronger and healthier. Functional fitness training is suitable for everyone at any kind of fitness level. It is an excellent training program, taking advantage of the body’s natural movements.
Functional training has a purpose and translates to an activity beyond your workout. Improve core strength, balance, and cardiovascular health, as well as promote relaxation. Functional training is a workout for the muscles and the mind.
Functional training is focused on movement patterns that have a purpose. A functional workout typically consists of compound exercises.
Compound exercises require more than one muscle group to work together, like a squat, deadlift, lunge, or push-up. Because of that, they typically mimic everyday movement patterns—like pull, push, squat, hinge, rotation, etc.

HIIT & Kickboxing fitness
We’re going to pump you up! Strengthen and tone your body by letting one of our coaches teach you proper kickboxing form and different High intensity interval training circuits. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength. Your beach body will thank you.
Krav Maga is the official self-defence and combat system used by the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF), Israeli Police and Security Services and many law enforcement agencies around the world.
