WHAT IS FUNCTIONAL TRAINING?

Exercises performed in varied high and low intensity sessions that train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks, by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional exercises also emphasize core stability leads to an increase of strength, lean muscle mass, cardio output and also promotes fat loss, this is all done with the use of but not limited to: Kettlebells, barbells, clubbells, dumbells, medicine balls, battle ropes, rowing machines, calisthenic movements, resistance bands, slam balls, tires, sledge hammers, skipping, mobility movements, gymnastic movements and much more.
