Exercises performed in varied high and low intensity sessions that train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks, by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time. Functional exercises also emphasizes core stability and leads to an increase of strength, lean muscle mass, cardio output and also promotes fat loss. This is all done with the use of but not limited to: Kettlebells, barbells, club bells, dumbbells, medicine balls, battle ropes, rowing machines, calisthenic movements, resistance bands, slam balls, tires, sledge hammers, skipping, mobility movements, gymnastic movements and much more.

Functional training has a purpose and translates to an activity beyond your workout.
Functional training is focused on movement patterns that have a purpose.  A functional workout typically consists of compound exercises like squats, lunges, and deadlifts.
Compound exercises require more than one muscle group to work together, like a squat, deadlift, lunge, or push-up. Because of that, they typically mimic everyday movement patterns—like pull, push, squat, hinge, rotation, etc.

Krav Maga is the official self-defence and combat system used by the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF), Israeli Police and Security Services and many law enforcement agencies around the world.

Krav Maga is also taught in institutions governed by the Israeli Ministry of Education and has been taught to civilians all over the word as well.

Developed and refined during years of conflict, Krav Maga emphasizes easy-to-learn techniques that have been battle-tested in real life, threatening situations. These training methods have been used by Israel's most elite combat units and proven effective time and time again.

Krav Maga provides simple solutions to fighting more than one assailant, armed or unarmed, in today’s reality.
